Consistently good service

Mostly happy with 500Mbps
I switched from Sky to Highland Broadband for their 500Mbps fibre. The internet speed itself has been excellent, a huge upgrade from what I had before. Installation took about 2 weeks from when I ordered, which felt a bit long, but the engineer was very professional once they arrived. Customer service when I called about the delay was polite, but they couldn't really speed things up. The whole home wifi package has been decent, though I still have one spot where the signal is a bit weak.
